Will patients know they're talking to AI?
We're upfront about it — the AI introduces itself as the practice's "front desk assistant" within the first 10 seconds. Most patients don't notice. The ones who ask are told honestly. What patients actually care about is whether someone picked up, was polite, and could book them. The AI does all three reliably.
How long does setup actually take?
Two weeks from "yes" to "live." Week 1: phone number setup + voice training. Week 2: parallel run with your human front desk (AI handles overflow + after-hours). Week 3 onwards: AI is live 24/7. We don't go fully live until your team is comfortable with the handoff.
What if it messes up a call?
